Dr Lana Gilchrist is an enormously skilled dental practitioner, with over 25 years of experience in providing her patients with routine private dental care, as well as orthodontics for both children and adults, cosmetic dentistry and highly complex dentistry. She is particularly reassuring and understanding with anxious patients.
Dr Lana Gilchrist qualified in Sydney and spent the early years of her career working in outback Australia and then in private practice outside of Sydney. She moved to the UK in 2000 and was the principal dentist in her own private practice in Oxfordshire before joining Portman Healthcare in 2011. Lana is committed to her patients in providing the best possible quality dental care. She is one of the few accredited Master Providers of Fastbraces® in the UK, as well as experienced in the use of invisible aligners. Lana is in the final stages of her Master’s degree in Advanced Dental Practice from the University of Birmingham.
In her spare time, Lana is a busy mum, a School Governor and an appallingly bad gardener.

Vikki Wynne graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2002 and joined the team at Jones Dental Care in 2012 after 10 years at a practice in Northamptonshire. Vikki has extensive experience of general dental practice and enjoys all aspects of dentistry, particularly minimal intervention and adhesive techniques. She also has a growing interest in holistic dentistry and the relationship between oral and general health.
Vikki has an MSc in Advanced General Dental Practice and is a member the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners. She likes to keep abreast of new techniques and technologies which she strives to bring into her daily working practice.

William is one of our associates and graduated from the University of Manchester in 2009 and joined our team in 2015. His talent in Dentistry was noticed early on when he was awarded the Edgar Houghton Operative Skills prize along with his Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
William’s special interest is in Implant Dentistry. He has been placing Dental Implants for over half of his career, and has even completed the ‘gold standard’ of Implant post-graduate training at the Royal College of Surgeons, London. As William regularly places implants, he has a good knowledge of many different Implant systems, and understands the newer techniques in bone grafting. He is often attending courses to further his knowledge in his chosen field.
Otherwise, William has been a general practitioner for 9 years and has good experience in oral surgery and endodontics.
William describes his keen eye for detail and aesthetics as owing to a younger hobby of painting vast canvases of still life, portraits and landscape. Now, he prefers to spend most of his free time playing tennis, cycling and rock climbing.
William also has a special interest in getting hench.

Dr Katarzyna Sabuda graduated in 2009 at the Silesian Medical University in Katowice, Poland.
Katarzyna or ‘Kate’ as you may know her has been working with us since 2017 and carry’s out general dentistry for children and adults in the practice, cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatment, teeth whitening and preventive dentistry but her real passion is orthodontic treatment for adults and children with minor malocclusion.
Dr Sabuda keeps up to date with research journals and new technical methods that come out.
In 2015 she attended a one-year orthodontic course provided by Larry Brown, an American orthodontist.
She is a member of British Dental Association and has been continuously updating her clinical skills by attending many post-graduate courses.
Katarzyna likes to make her patients feel comfortable and cared for, she believes that a healthy and beautiful smile can bring happiness through restoring people's confidence.
Outside of dentistry She loves to spend time with her friends, family and enjoys travelling, snowboarding and yoga.

Bashir qualified from the University of Birmingham in 1976 and is very committed to continuing professional development and education and regularly attends courses in the UK, Europe, and USA to develop and enhance his skills and to keep up to date with the current trends in General Practice and to utilise these skills for the benefit of his patients. His main interests are in Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry, Sedation, Endodontics, and implant Dentistry. In 1997 he gained the Diploma in Sedation from Newcastle University and followed this up with a Diploma in Post Graduate Dental Studies from Bristol University in 2002. In 2014 he was awarded the prestigous Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and was elected to the Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners(UK). He has a holistic approach in the provision of care and restoration of smiles, function and comfort.
In addition to his extensive experience in General Dental Practice, Bashir has worked as a Community Dental Officer (Anaesthetics Department), and as a Research Fellow and Clinical Lecturer at the Dental Hospital, University of Birmingham. He also serves as an expert witness on a medico-legal panel.
Outside work, Bashir enjoys walking, travelling, reading, Indian classical music and Urdu poetry. He has been a community leader and continues to serve the community as a Volunteer and as a Mentor.

Andy qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2012, and subsequently achieved Membership of the Joint Dental Faculty of the Royal College of Surgeons of England two years later. In keeping with his professional development he has completed a year long PG Certification in Contemporary Restorative and Aesthetic dentistry with the Dominic Hassall Training Institute and aims to work towards the Diploma in the near future. Since joining Jones Dental Care in the January of 2018 Andy has enrolled in a 3 year Endodontic specialist course which will commence in September 2018 at the university of Warwick.
Andy is originally from Rugby and enjoys being part of the community of the town. He's a keen fair-weather golfer, film enthusiast and history nerd. Andy is also competing in his first 10K run in May 2018. We are incredible proud of him and wish him all the best raising money for the Children's Cancer charity.

Donna is a qualified Dental Hygienist who began her career as a Dental Nurse in Rugby from 1996-2000.
In 2000, Donna attended The Eastman Dental Hospital in London where she gained her Dental Hygienist qualification in 2002. Since then she has worked as a Hygienist in Rugby, London, Birmingham, Daventry and Banbury.
Donna has been at Jones Dental & Implant Clinic since 2004 which is now her sole place of work where she works full time caring for her patients oral health.
Donna is extremely motivated with her work, she works very closely with the clinicians at Jones Dental & Implant Clinic and prides herself on her periodontal treatment and maintenance care. Donna has a special interest carrying out root surface debridement treatments for patient's, whether it be a quadrant/sextant or full arch under local anaesthetic. She has a caring nature and a great relationship with her patients old and new.
Donna has lived in Rugby all of her life and is married with 2 children who keep her busy outside of work with football training and football matches with her son, and ballet, cheer, stage/musical theatre and dance shows/festivals with her daughter.
BSC Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy 2015

Hadjer is originally from Sheffield but qualified from the University of Birmingham as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist in 2015.
She has been practicing hygiene and therapy for 3 years now and thoroughly enjoys it. She is very passionate about treatment of periodontal disease, prevention and treating adults and children as a dental therapist. She’s a people person and enjoys each rapport she builds with her patients as she feels it’s as equally as important as the job.
Hadjer has worked all over the country as she currently lives in Birmingham and commutes all over the UK for work, she’s worked in places like Ilkeston, Buckinghamshire, Aldridge Leamington Spa and many more splitting her days throughout the week at each practice.
Hadjer has a caring compassionate relationship with her patients and enjoys a challenge. She is currently working full time and enjoying life.
